“A Self Reflective Journey” for the Autumn & Winter

Updated: Sep 22, 2022

Turas House

October 6th, fortnightly to December 15th, (6 evenings 7-9 p.m.)

Facilitated by Cli Donnellan Ph.D.

A self-reflective journey refers to characteristics of ourselves that make up who we are; our self-perception, role in society, our beliefs, behaviours, patterns, habits, life experiences, work, relationships and more.

At various life stages we may feel we are in transition, isolated, feel burnt out, are procrastinating, feel we have no time for ourselves, or not sure what the next step to take is.

Cli has been working with the evolving journey of ‘self’ prior, during and following her doctorate in Philosophy. She is delighted to be in a position to facilitate this self-reflective workshop opportunity for others over the autumn/winter months.

With a specific focus in mind, participants will be presented with concepts/tools to apply to their life. Through reflective journal notes and group observations/feedback, this program aims to create a space where you can take focused time to look, explore and challenge any area of your life that you feel needs changing in a supportive, safe group setting.
