This workshop is for women of all ages who are experiencing change, or wish to kick-start a creative change in their life. It is a practical based, interactive workshop, offering tools that can assist in the creative process. Whether you are a mother, an artist, a dancer, an office worker, or retired, this workshop may assist in de-cluttering the mind, identifying beliefs/blocks that may hindering creativity and provide valuable tools to assist in the creative change.
Using various techniques such as visual aids, mind "mapping", sketching, writing and group interaction, participants will be invited to dive into to the wellsprings of their creativity.
Dates available: March 7th, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. or April 4th, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Fee: €70 with a €10 non-refundable deposit.
Tea/Coffee provided on the day.
Participants are asked to bring their own packed lunch, a cushion and/or shawl as well as two items that are of personal meaning (do not think about why the items are of importance, just trust your instinct, do not overthink it and bring them with you on the day).
