I am facilitating a workshop here at Turas House on December 4th with friends. Turas House is situated in the Slieve Aughty Mountain protected area of Mountshannon, East Clare. It is situated directly across from Iniscealtra (Holy Island), now identified as a pilgrim journey site on Lough Derg.
The use of Mantra helps protect our minds from the constant flow of thoughts and negativities that prevent us from keeping in harmony with the rest of creation. The workshop will be from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. December 4th. The Mantras used are based primarily on the Sanskrit language which is one of the main root languages of the earth.
